I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a compact and affordable family room located on the higher floors.

The setting was ideal, next to bar/restaurant, a quiet area and the centre of Metz. It also was close to the exhibition.
Well, no elevator.

Straightforward hotel in an ideal location on a back alley, amiable personal. Units on the upper floors. Breakfast with different types of bread and a good supply of different types of bread, as example. Location close enough to bar/restaurant and the centre. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Lac Symphonie. A nice way to end my trip.

We arrived at Premiere Classe Metz Est on our way to Disneyland Paris, as it was at about the half way mark of our six hour car drive. We took our time getting to the hotel and arrived around 5PM. I recommend that the hotel places their grid coordinates for GPS on to their website, as I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at 2PM and had to utilize the driving directions from the website. But that worked jsut as well. We arrived at 5PM and the staff was very great. They spoke english and got me two adjoining rooms for my family of six. They are small rooms, but they had everything we needed. This isn't a 5 star hotel, but I don't need 5 star. Want I want mainly is clean and comfortable, which it was. The rooms had two single beds and a bunk in each room, as well as bathrooms and television for the kids (though all the programming was in French-the kids didn't mind at all). The rooms were very clean, and we slept great. The next morning they had a nice continental breakfast (croissants, baggets, bread for toast, jams, jellys, yogurts, nuttela, coffee and orange juice). There was enough for us all to get filled up for our remaining three hour treck and we made it to the Park just in time for lunch and to finish our day at Disneyland Park. I definately recommend this hotel for people looking for a comfortable and clean night stay at an affordable price.
Don't change anything. The staff and rooms were great, especially for the price.

The room was small but well designed. Facilities for laptop and wifi were excellent. The bedding was crisp and clean, and the bed itself of good size and very comfortable. The shower was excellent. There was sufficient space for hanging clothes and stowing luggage. Access from the carpark to the room was all on one floor (in our room anyway) and very simple. The cost was very reasonable, especially as it was the same if you arrive without advance booking. The choice of restaurants and shopping, under 1.5 miles away, was amazingly good.
There was no kettle and no hair dryer - but at the price I do not complain. The check in times are a bit restricted at 1700 - 2100.

Fabulous base for one night. Reasonably large and compact rooms with clean bathroom and shower. Friendly staff. Very easy to get from Metz-Nancy-Lorraine airport, just 20 km away.

We stayed there for one night as stop from Belgium to Switzerland. The room was very good for its price. Bathroom looked like it was pre-built and fit directly into the room. Overall it was the best choice for what we wanted from an overnight stay.
The room was a bit small but it didn't give any trouble. The bed was small (I'm 1.92m) The shower was small. Internet was slow.

Our stay at this hotel was not a good experience. The pillows were flat - very flat. We asked if we could have a couple of extra pillows and we were told they didn't have any. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. We were told they had some ordered but didn't have any, and it didn't matter if the bathroom floot got wet! The room, including the bathroom, was smaller than my bedroom at home and I live in a small house. I would not go back to this hotel.

Cheap price.
The hotel was hard to find as it is hidden behind trees and no entrance from the address road. We arrived at 13:00 and the place was deserted. An automatic bookin machine did not recognise our booking. Finally the caretaker/receptionist opened the door, to tell us to come back at 17:00. So beware, you cannot check in between 12:00 and 17:00 even if somebody happens to be there.
